The Glowy Trove offers handcrafted soft-gel press-on nails, nail application products, nail care accessories and related beauty items.

Many of our press-on nail sets are handcrafted. This means small variations in colour, pattern, finish, placement, shape, length or design may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and do not necessarily mean the product is faulty.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and images accurately. However, colours and finishes may appear differently due to lighting, photography, editing, screen settings or device displays.

It is your responsibility to choose the correct nail size before placing an order. Please refer to our Free Sizing Guide before purchasing. Standard sizes may not fit every customer perfectly, as natural nail beds vary from person to person.

For custom-sized products, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We are not responsible for poor fit caused by incorrect measurements, incorrect size selection or failure to follow our measuring instructions, except where required by law.

Some products may be custom-sized, made-to-order, personalised, limited edition or one-of-a-kind. Once production has started, these items generally cannot be changed, cancelled, returned or exchanged for change of mind.

For hygiene reasons, and where permitted by law, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once press-on nails, nail glue, adhesive tabs, removers, nail care products or other beauty products have been opened, used, tried on or handled in a way that makes them unsuitable for resale.

This does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not of acceptable quality, not as described, or otherwise does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction where lawful and reasonable to do so. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services that we offer.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Some nail products, including nail glue, adhesive products, gel-based products or removers, may cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals.

Stop using the product immediately if you experience redness, itching, burning, swelling, discomfort, irritation or any other reaction. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice.

Nail glue bonds skin quickly. If fingers bond, do not pull apart. Soak in warm soapy water and gently separate once loosened.
