2. Are The Glowy Trove nails handmade?
Yes, all of our nail sets are handmade. Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations in colour, pattern or finish, may occur. This also makes each set unique
3. Are handmade press-on nails reusable?
Yes, all of our nail sets are designed to be reusable when applied, removed and cared for properly. To keep your nails reusable, avoid forcefully peeling them off. Please follow our removal instructions and store your set safely after each wear
4. How do I care for my press-on nails so I can reuse them?
Remove gently following recommended removal methods
Do not forcefully pull and peel the press-on nails off
Clean away any leftover residue carefully after removal
Avoid bending, snapping or placing heavy pressure on the nails
Store them in their original box or a clean, dry place
Keep them away from direct heat and harsh chemicals
SIZING
1. How do I know my size?
Please refer to our online Sizing Guide. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up, as the nail can be gently filed along the sides for a better fit.

2. Can I file the nails for better fit?
Yes, you may gently file the sides for a better fit. We recommend filing slowly and checking the fit as you go. Avoid over-filing, as this may affect the shape, finish or durability of the nail
3. What if my nail beds are flat?
If you have flat nail beds, heat press-on nails using hair dryer. While the press-ons are still warm, gently press it to flatten the curve and match your nail bed
4. What if standard sizes do not fit me perfectly?
Natural nail beds vary from person to person. If our standard XS, S, M or L sizes do not suit you, selected designs may be available in custom sizing. For custom sizing, please email us your nail measurements at hello@theglowytrove.com.au or visit our Made-to-Order Customisation Page
5. What if I measured my nails incorrectly and ordered the wrong size?
If you receive your order and find the nail size don't fit, we are here to help! Please contact us at hello@theglowytrove.com.au and we'll offer exclusive 20% off for your new order with the correct sizing
CUSTOMISATION
1. Do you offer customisation?
Yes, we offer two types of made-to-order customisation:
1. Custom shape or sizing for existing designs (+15 AUD customisation fees) - You can choose a design from our existing range and request it in your specific nail measurements, where available.
2. Custom design requests - You can send us reference photos and describe the style you would like. We will reply you with a quote and production time, where available. Pricing of custom design depends on complexity, materials, length, shape and the amount of detailing required.

2. Can I cancel or return a custom order?
Customised made-to-order nail sets cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged for change of mind once production has started. While rare, if you notice the nail set is faulty on our part, please kindly contact us at hello@theglowytrove.com.au as soon as possible and we will carefully review the case
APPLICATION & REMOVAL
1. How do I apply press-ons with adhesive tabs?
Step 1: Nail Prep
· File your nails into desired shape.
· Gently push back your cuticles.
· Lightly buff the surface of your nails.
· Clean and dry each nail with an alcohol pad.
Step 2: Choose & Apply the Adhesive Tabs
· To improve adhesion, heat the tabs using hairdryer or under a glass of hot water.
· Select the right adhesive tab sizes. It should fit your nail without overrlapping the edges.
· Starting 1 mm away from your cuticle, place the tab onto your nail with the protective film still on. Press it down firmly. The tab should not touch your skin or cuticle.
Smooth out any air bubbles using the cuticle stick.
Step 3: Apply the press-ons
· Peel off the protective film.
· Starting 1 mm away from the cuticle, position the press-on at a 45-degree angle.
· Push it back as close to the cuticle as possible and hold it at a 45-degree angle for 5 seconds.
· Slowly press it down onto the nail.
· Hold and press firmly for 15 seconds until secure.
Reminder:
· Avoid contact with water or moisture for 3 hours after application.
· If the press-on is too wide, you may gently file the sides for a better fit.
· If you have flat nail beds, gently warm the press-on with a hairdryer, then press it down while it is still warm to help it fit more comfortably.
2. How do I apply press-ons with nail glue?
Step 1: Nail Prep
· File your nails into desired shape.
· Gently push back your cuticles.
· Lightly buff the surface of your nails.
· Clean and dry each nail with an alcohol pad.
Step 2: Optional Extra Protection
· For easier removal and extra protection for your natural nails, apply a peel-off base coat and cure it under a UV/LED lamp before using nail glue.
· After the peel-off base coat has cured, clean and dry each nail with an alcohol pad.
Step 3: Apply the Press-Ons with Nail Glue
· Apply a small amount of nail glue to your natural nail and/or the back of the press-on. The tab should not touch your skin or cuticle.
· Starting 1 mm away from the cuticle, position the press-on at a 45-degree angle.
· Push it back as close to the cuticle as possible, then slowly press it down onto the nail.
· Wipe away any excess glue before it dries.
· Hold and press firmly for 15 seconds until secure.
3. How do I remove press-on nails?
Removal with Adhesive Tabs
· Soak your nails in warm, soapy water for 2 minutes.
· Add cuticle oil or nail polish remover around the edges to help loosen the adhesive.
· Gently lift the press-ons from the sides using a cuticle stick.
· Clean the press-ons with an alcohol pad and place them back in the box for future wear.
Removal with Nail Glue
· Apply press-on nail glue remover to the nail tip where the press-on is attached to your natural nail, then apply it along the cuticle to help loosen the glue. Wait for 20 seconds.
· Gently lift the press-on from the sides using a cuticle stick.
· Apply more remover if the press-on cannot be gently lifted.
· If there is any glue residue left on your natural nails, apply nail glue remover and gently clean it off.
· Clean the press-ons with an alcohol pad and place them back in the box for future wear.
Reminder: Please do not forcefully remove press-ons. Always soak and remove them gently to protect your natural nails.
4. Do press-ons damage my natural nails?
Press-on nails should not damage your natural nails when applied and removed correctly.
Damage usually occurs when press-on nails are forced, pulled or peeled off.
To protect your natural nails, always follow the application and removal instructions and give your nails a break if they feel weak, irritated or sensitive.
5. Are press-on nails suitable for everyday life?
Yes. Press-on nails are a flexible beauty option for everyday life, travel, events, work, weekends and special occasions.
Wear time and durability can vary depending on your natural nails, preparation, application method, lifestyle and aftercare.
CUSTOMER CARE
1. I lost one nail. What can I do?
If you lose a single nail, we offer replacement nails which are priced at 1/10 of the original set price per finger, plus shipping.
Alternatively, a replacement nail can be included free of charge with a new online purchase over $89 AUD.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@theglowytrove.com.au.
Please include the following in the email:
· your order number;
· clear photos of the issue;
· photos of the packaging if it was damaged in transit;
· a brief description of what happened.
We deeply value your experience and will carefully review the issue.

PAYMENT
1. What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods include major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay), PayPal, Apple Pay and a variety of other online secure payment options.
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.
2. Are taxes, duties and import fees included?
Where applicable, taxes, duties and import fees are calculated and included at checkout, so you should not incur additional customs-related charges upon delivery.
Final taxes, duties, fees and shipping rates will be shown before payment.
3. How do I redeem my discount code?
Valid discount codes can be entered at checkout. You can also check and redeem your Glow Points for rewards through our Rewards Portal at anytime.
Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1. Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed with care and shipped from the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
2. Which carrier do you use?
We partner with Australia Post using Standard and Express shipping options where available.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.
3. How can I track my order?
You can track your parcel using your tracking number via Australia Post:

For international orders, tracking may also update through your local postal service once the parcel arrives in your destination country.
4. How long will shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that delivery estimates do not include order processing time.
Delays may occur due to postal service disruptions, customs processing, public holidays, weather events, peak periods or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available for AUS orders over $120.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. Can I return or exchange a nail set from my order?
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or because you selected the wrong sizing.
While rare, if you notice the nail set is incorrect or faulty on our part, please kindly contact us at hello@theglowytrove.com.au as soon as possible and we will carefully review the case.
2. Can I return a gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable. For further assistance, please contact us at hello@theglowytrove.com.au.

Yes, gift cards are available through our website and do not expire.
Once purchased, gift cards will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
