Yes. Our nail sets are handcrafted, so slight variations in colour, pattern or finish may occur. Those small differences are part of what makes each set unique.

Yes. Our sets are designed to be reusable when applied, removed and cared for properly. Avoid forcefully peeling them off, remove them gently and store them safely between wears.

Yes. Press-ons are a flexible option for work, travel, events, weekends and everyday wear. Wear time varies depending on preparation, application method, lifestyle and aftercare.

Measure the widest part of each natural nail in millimetres, from sidewall to sidewall, and compare all 10 measurements with our Size Guide. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up slightly because the sides can be gently filed for a more precise fit.

If a press-on is more curved than your natural nail, gently warm it with a hairdryer for a few seconds and carefully press it flatter while it is still warm. Avoid overheating the nail.

Yes. Selected existing designs can be made in custom sizing or available shapes, and we also accept custom design requests where available.

Because custom sets are made specifically for you, they cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged for change of mind once production has started. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect on our part, please contact us and we will review the issue.

Start with clean, dry nails. Push back your cuticles, lightly buff the nail surface and wipe with an alcohol pad. Choose a tab that fits your natural nail without touching the skin, then position the press-on about 1 mm from the cuticle and hold firmly for around 15 seconds.

For the strongest hold, avoid water or moisture for around 3 hours after application. See our full application guide.

Never pull or force press-ons off. For adhesive tabs, soak in warm soapy water and gently work from the sides. For nail glue, apply press-on nail glue remover, allow the bond to loosen and add more remover as needed rather than forcing the nail.

Press-ons are gentle on natural nails when applied and removed correctly. Damage is more likely when nails are pulled, peeled or forced off. Follow the recommended removal method and give your nails a break if they feel weak, irritated or sensitive.

Yes. Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders over $120 AUD. International availability and current rates are shown at checkout.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return because the wrong standard size was selected. Please contact us at hello@theglowytrove.com.au and we will help you work out the best option for a replacement order.
