How to Apply Press-On Nails with Adhesive Tabs

For the best hold, start with clean, dry natural nails and choose a press-on that fits from sidewall to sidewall without pressing into the skin.

1. Prep your nails

Gently push back your cuticles, lightly buff the nail surface, then wipe each nail with an alcohol pad and allow it to dry completely.

2. Apply the adhesive tabs

Select a tab that fits your natural nail without overlapping the edges. Place it about 1 mm away from the cuticle and press firmly, smoothing out any air bubbles. For extra adhesion, gently warm the tabs before application.

3. Apply the press-ons

Peel off the protective film. Position the press-on about 1 mm away from the cuticle, press from the cuticle area toward the tip, and hold firmly for around 15 seconds.

After application

Avoid water and moisture for around 3 hours after application for the strongest hold. Wear time varies depending on nail preparation, lifestyle and aftercare.

Tip: If a press-on is slightly too wide, gently file the side edges for a better fit.
