Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene considerations, we are currently unable to offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, or for requests to receive a different style, size, shape or design.

We kindly recommend reviewing your order carefully before purchase and using our Free Sizing Guide before selecting your size.

This Returns Policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible at hello@theglowytrove.com.au

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for an approved return, please reach out to us at hello@theglowytrove.com.au and your item must meet the following conditions:

·       the item remains in the condition in which it was received;

·       all components, including any tool kit or accessories, remain unused and intact;

·       the item is returned in its original packaging;

·       proof of purchase is provided.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If approved, refunds will usually be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
